Poetry Lab with Lisa Rosenberg, presented by Menlo Park Library

  • Menlo Park Library (Virtual) (map)

How does a poem create its effects? How can we create poems that surprise and delight? In this exploratory afternoon we’ll use our skills as writers and as readers to deepen our understanding of how poems function. We’ll experiment with compositional tools in a conversational workshop format, and leave with resources for ongoing work. Open to the public, all levels of writing experience. Free event with registration required via the Menlo Park Library website.
